normal or what they say is the norm is about 5 to 6 inches. The shortest size would be about an inch. Longest would be undetermined but I have seen at least a few that were about 12 inches. That doesnt even touch the gurth size though. That can make or BREAK it all.

The AVERAGE size (erect, after puberty) is between 5 and 7 inches long. An inch or two off these AVERAGES and you are still NORMAL...and it doesn't matter anyway!
The shortest size penis recorded so far was on a Polish midget named Slavan Marconovich who lived in the small village of Crosvka sometime during the middle of the 19th century. His penis was so small that they had to use a magnifying glass to find it so they could measure it. Oddly enough he was the father of 17 children.
The longest penis recorded so far is on a Burger King custodian currently living in Ames, Iowa named Homer Fielding. He is not married but reportedly has many offers for dates every Saturday night. Unfortunately for his sake, most of the offers are from guys!

Ave size is now 5.7 in long (erect) used to be 6 but men are shrinking, or being more honest. Was something I saw where man had 0.5 in, extreme medical case though.
