yes because you sign a contrct saying it is legal and you will pay for them to catch you when you obtain a bailbondsman, they are starting to regulate it more since there have been a few problems, in accuallity they have more rights than the police

Bounty Hunting is Legal in the U.S. but in most countrys (expecially Mexico) is is illegal....Dawg the bounty hunter from thsi discovery chanell just got arrested for bounty hunting in mexico.
