I would have to say over 50 years. Concrete lasts a very long tme, even though it cracks and gets rough.

I've poured lots of them. The approaches where the jets touch down are very thick (4 to 6 feet) The runways are usually around a foot thick. It's very much like the freeway. They usually have a joint or a saw-cut about every twenty feet to help keep them from cracking. The concrete lasts indefinitely, (at least 20 plus years, and probably a lot longer) but they need to be resurfaced periodically. The weather and use slowly take a toll. This is typically done with asphalt, just like the freeway.

My home airport in Walnut Ridge, AR was built in the 1940s by the military. The landing threshold is around 6 feet thick!! It is still is good condition. The only issue with concrete is the frezzing and thawingduring winters. It causes cracks and the surface will get course if it is not keep in good condition.

This varies heavilly upon where this runway is. If you are talking up in the snow belt - tops 2 years, no more...
South it could be a lot more.

Depends on the thickness, what type of reinforcing was used, and the type of aircraft landing on it.
