I took a Gernan class once, and I always fell asleep in that class. Now, when I want to fall asleep, I count in German. I usually don't get past the number 'treyzehn'

i shake my feet, so that they rub together. after a minute or so, i'm knocked out.

I think about things that would make me dizzy - like being on a ride that goes round and round. For some reason, making my head spin seems to do the trick.

Go to bed. Relax. Go to sleep.

If that doesn't work, taking an aspirin might help.

Counting is good too.
