if you like one of your co-worker and not sure if he has a girlfriend how can you tell? should you flirt him back when he flirts with you?

Should tell him how you feel. Don’t feel scare if he would turn you down. If you're too shy to approach him, what i did last time is that i call my secret admire. Sometime i wrote letter and e-mail. But i can say, talk to him in person sure has the edge and more advantage.
Love is a lasting forever thing. So take your time. and no rush. Boys look at 2 things, prettiness and good personality. You know what pretty is. Good personality is the way u act and speak and how u behave yourself, also how u conduct yourself. They often look for good qualities. This is quite a tough area to improve. In other words, if they like u, means they really like u. If not, then, don't be sad and give up like others do, maybe there's still a chance u can improve.

Flirt with him back and then just keep a watch out to see if he gives out any signs of having a girlfriend.

Yeah a little flirting never hurt anyone, and besides if he flirts with U then U deffinitely have the right to flirt back with him regardless if he has someone or not.

Ask him if he has a girlfriend, or if he's seeing anyone. Harmless flirting never hurt anyone, but just set some boundaries, especially if he has a girlfriend.

If you really want to know, ask. Just keep in mind that dating someone you work with can turn out badly. Even under the best of circumstances its hard to maintain a relationship when you are around them constantly, both at work and out of it. Plus if you break up, you have to see them, everyday, which can be hard to take.

You could do one of 2 things....1) ask around your place of employment to see if anyone knows if he's single or 2) just come out and ask him... but until you actually find out if he's taken or not I wouldn't get too flirtacious b/c jealous g/f's and cheating b/f's are the worst.

Tell him that you are going out with friends on the weekend and get into a bit of a conversation. Then ask what he is doing on the weekend.
If he doesn't give you a clue he has a g/f ask him out.

relationships with coworkers dont always work out. Theres always a chance that one of you could get in trouble or get fired and so on. But if you really want to know if hes single just ask him! Be open about it.

Next time he flirts, say "what does your girlfriend think?" If he looks guilty, you'll know he has one.
