First, learn how to spell. i.e. .."thank u fer ur time" Do you talk like this? If so then never mind. Think about this...
It is all about genetics. Some guys are born to talk to the opposite sex. Some are unlucky and are not. I do get tongue tied talking to this girl I am asking out. It some time means you are not confident of your self. You have to believe in your self and she will to.
DON'T live with regret. It is better to try and ask her, maybe get rejected. Then to have, "What if I asked her....." all the time.

way to go, Dude - in love. Just try and manage to get a short 2-3 word compliment out after you say Hi and BEFORE you freeze up. something like "hey, nice hair". She'll be so happy she'll just blab away for awhile, giving you time to regain your composure. maybe she'll even ask you something, and then the ice will be broken. good luck.
