good choice!

drink a lot of water. stop drinking any juice, unless you make it fresh from fruits at home with honey only.

drink milk at meals to add lots of vitamins and minerals.

don't eat frozen or canned foods at all. make it yourself.

don't eat luncheon meat. prepare fresh meat.

eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.

don't eat after 7pm.

have some fun and learn new easy and fun recipes from books or the net. :)

You can't just start a diet, you need to change your lifestyle. If you want to be in shape, look and feel good you need to change everything you do. Work out early in the morning to get your system sort of running. Just 20 minutes on a treatmill or something, anything! then do something small around lunch and again in the mid afternoon. you will SHED the lb's if you do this. try eating a bunch of times a day and take in a whole lot of water. Most of the time we eat because our body feels dehydrated. We really just need water. try drinking twice the amount of water you do now a day. You will see a drastic change. good luck.

The golden rule of dieting: Calories in, Calories out. U have to burn more calories a day than you take in by eating food. It sucks but calorie counting does work! Good luck PS try to work out or do some kind of beneficial activity at least three times a week :-) Hitman619

Be sensible. You dont have to starve to lose weight. Its not what you eat but how much. Take it easy ont he carbs, make sure you get enough protein and no soda, candy, etc until you've lost at least 10 lbs. then you can reward yourself. By the way, if you drink ice water it takes a lot of calories to warm your body back up. You should try to drink at least 8 to 10 8oz glasses of water a day anyway

I can't stress this enough; get checked by your family physician first. Don't try losing the weight fast. Your body will go into shock and can kill you. You don't want to "Yo-Yo". Yea,you'll lose the weight but then gain it back plus even more weight. It took you time to get fat,it'll take time to slim down.

Throw out the junk food, buy more FRESH fruits and veggies, and walk. Oh yeah, and plenty of water.
