All souls day is a day in which we pray for our dearly departed loved ones. It is on November 2nd.
As far as Sept.11, I would think that all those who died on that day would be remembered by prayer and if you are Catholic, having a Mass for them.
The souls of these people need much prayer since they died so violently.

You must be Catholic. What good does it do to pray for those who are dead. Besides, no one is in hell yet because unless they are Christian; they have not been judged yet. That is yet to come. Do you think justice will be swayed for a person who will be judged according to word and deed? If that were the case then what is your understanding of the nature of God?
I was once a Catholic like yourself... but I left because they do not teach the truth found in the Bible. They are a society accepted cult. Does not matter how large they are but anyone that does not teach from the Bible are false teachers and should not be funded or honored.

All Souls Day is Nov 1st, the day after Halloween. While the number of innocent victims on 09112001 was horrendous, its simply not as great a number as many other tragedies, Pompeii for instance.

Nothing. Souls don't really exist. It's part of a sky daddy brand fairy tale made to make people feel special.
