i was wondering what some native american features were. like there looks, and apperence stuff they have other races don't have. and what are some small things you might have if most of your fathers family was native american. my dads like 1/8 more than that.

my dad has dark skin and black hair. a lot on his head, but doesnt have any on his legs and cant grow a beard well.

One distinct feature, shared with Asians, is that they have relatively few hair follicles so they don't grow beards well.

This probably doesn't apply to your family. (I'm not implying that you're hairy, just that the other ethnic groups account for 7/8 of your father's make-up.)

Brand X is correct about alcohol.

Well, skins tend to be darker however it's really hard nowadays to find someone who's 'full-blood' and even then, that's only going back to what was recorded and not going back a couple decades. At least in the southwest, NAs tend to be really dark with dark hair and at least with Navajos, really, really skinny legs. Some tribes are tall like Lakotas while Hopis tend to be on the short side. I guess the bottom line is that it is regional - like all Italians don't look the same depending what part of Italy they're from.

I was born spotty (with dark blue spots on my back) and our teeth are different.

My great granny was full cherokee.I do not sunburn.The more I am in the sun the darker I get.
