If you have some Ritz or similar crackers that would be good. Regular saltines also.
These would be light, filling and shouldn't be too hard to digest.

Hey,
A lot of people get hungry at night and of course every one knows if you eat late at night its INSTANT pounds...but..
I think your problem is, is that you should be eating your 3 square meals a day plus snacks...( 3 snacks ) and then you wouldnt be hungry at night, but if you want something to eat...try Chips Ahoy! I love those little chocolate chip cookies...lol ^_^

are you due on your era? (urge for nutrition is extra desirable) perchance you're dealing with a boost spurt and your physique desires extra energy? eat healthful meals extreme in protein (eggs, meat, fish, etc) as they're going to pass away you feeling fuller for longer
