I don't change my life because of one man's words. Yeah, he shouldn't have said them...

Citgo has already decided to stop selling gasoline to nearly 1,800 stations in the United States. As a result, the Citgo brand will disappear entirely from 10 states and be less common in four additional states by March 2007.

So, Chavez has beaten you to the punch.

The Venezuelan people have a schmuck for a leader. I know how they feel.
A boycott against Citgo will do more harm to Americans working for Citgo than it will Chavez. If demand at the Citgo stations drops he has other places he can sell his oil.

Back then the CIA had cart blanche to muck with governements all over the world, and they did. The whole Contra thing was part of it, but it goes further back.

Read Man in the Shadows by Efraim Halevy it gives excellent background.

Lots of great books out now. Print media otherwise, not so trusted, and broadcast, forgetaboutit. The latest missing blond chick will trump 100 dead in Bagdad anyday.

And Disney is bent on rewriting history.

Hang on, this will be a very bumpy ride.

I will but I am running out of gas companies. No Exxon & now no Citgo. I have always been a bad bicycle rider, so some oil company needs to play nice.
