Well, there's obviously no definitive answer for this, but I actually started thinking about this after I had identical twins. Because my twins were in seperate sacs, but shared a placenta, most likely the egg split somewhere between 4-8 days after conception. So, if the soul enters at the very moment of conception, does that mean my girls are now sharing a soul? I can tell you that they're not... even though they look very much alike, they are as different as night and day :-) So, when is the magic moment that you get your soul? Who knows... I tend to think it's really something that develops over time. I know I feel like my soul runs much deeper now than it did when I was a kid....

My opinion is that he or she has a soul from the moment of fertilization. I can't give you an exact answer about the twin thing -- I get the point, that MAYBE the soul isn't given until the time identical twins would become two separate people. We'll have to leave that up to God and maybe ask Him some day!

A soul is a living creature created by God. Per the Bible, every child is weaved in the hands of God. The soul has and is always will be.

Once again...Your body does not have a soul. Your soul has a body.
Your soul already exists and can become associated with a body-even before that body physically manifests.

Actually, every sperm and egg has half a soul. The souls are combined when the egg and sperm combine. I thought everyone knew this. This is why you should never masturbate. Every two sperm you kill equals one person. Be careful when you look at a pretty girl. You might just be committing genocide.

I think you get a soul after you realize you have free-will. Also when your conscience starts to make you feel good, or kick your ***.
