As is this question. No wonder so many people have a problem with Christians when they're displaying questions like this.
Muslims don't "go into a state of denial". They believe that their religion is true, as do Christians. Shoving it down their throat won't convert them. You're welcome to share your religious views, but in the end it's the Muslim's choice whether or not they agree. And if they don't, it's fine. You tried.
