Remember that the erection of your penis is caused by blood filling it and has nothing to do with you testicles.
So you could still have erections with out you testicles and even have orgasms. Orgasm are a mental state.

shoot! that's a tough one! Balls are where sperm emerges from. If you lose them, how can you have an erection without sperm? You'd die out of that. I don't think an erection could happen after all.
