Is it your house or hers? If it is hers, it looks like you are SOL. You can just tell here the truth and move out or you could always play up your "allergies" and tell her that you can't live with the animals. If you do talk her into getting rid of the pets, at least offer to help her find nice, loving homes for them.

For one thing, she must love animals, I would love to have a house with animals, what is the problem? I would be pissed if someone thought they had a right to "get rid of" my beloved cats, I have 5, and NO that is NOT too many. I would not have had her move in with you if you hate animals so much. Glad you are not my other half, I would be out of there so fast with my animals you would not be able to count to 2. No offense. It sounds like you have a gem of a girlfriend, though, you should cherish that instead of looking for ways to hurt her, though I would leave you and get someone that loves animals like she obviously does.

You have to remeber that she had those animals when she met you! If my man got rid of my pets I'd get rid of him! Make a comprimise with her that when they pass away that she'll not replace them. Also make an agreement with her not to get any more. Maybe make some house rules, like the animals are not allowed in the bed room ect. Most animals the people "get rid" of usually end up in a shelter and are put to sleep.

Check your local pet laws. There may be a local law against having so many animals.
Does she take good care of them? Are they current with shots and check ups? If not, you could as a first step INSIST that she have them all checked in with the local vet and have all shots, etc. The expense of this simple step may be too much for her. If she can't keep up with them hygenically and financially, you have a valid argument.
If she is taking care of them, keeping litter boxes clean, keeping up with health care, walking and cleaning up after the dogs, and in short being an ideal pet owner, you have yourself a dilemma. She's a responsible animal lover, and you're not. This relationship CAN'T last. Hit the road.

The pets are part of the package. Just get over it. If you seriously don't like them, find another gf. She would always resent it if you pressured her into getting rid of her pets, and it would probably be a relationship breaker. So it's her AND the animals or nothing.

Are you guys living in your house or hers? If yours, you could suggest that you didn't get the place with all of the critters in mind and are finding it a bit crowded. If hers, you could suggest you get a place for the two of you (that belongs to both of you instead of just one),, that way you can make sure there's room for everyone. Or, if you can only find a two bedroom (just for instance), suggest that you might need to foster some out to other family members. Personally, my bf would never ask me to get rid of any of my pets.

That's not fair of you, particularly if she had these animals before she knew you. If that's the case, then you knew she had these animals and that it was a package deal. If you care about her, then you should care about her animals. You shouldn't have started dating her if you didn't like animals. If she got these animals after you guys started dating, and you didn't say anything, then you don't really have a leg to stand on. You should have said something before she got them, not after the fact.

of course she'll get pissed if you get rid of the animals. But maybe the dogs can stay outside in the yard.

Forget it. Either learn to love the cats and dogs for get out. I went from a non-cat person to having six cats coz my wife is cat person. The woman always wins(and they should).
