dear oh dear, I do hope you are joking, no you cannot donate your kidney to your cat. You many just have to accept that your cat may die. Maybe when that happens get yourself another cat

no but you can get a transplant from NC State univ if the cat qualifies, they just add the kidney they dont transplant it. and guess what you get another cat to keep the cat they take the kidney from you have to agree to adopt it.
