As with most drinks, there are many variations!
Here's how I make them:
Rub a lemon slice around the rim of a shot or rocks glass.
Rim with sugar (Pour some on a small plate and dip the rim of the glass in it- the lemon juice will make it stick).
Pour a nice chilled shot of lemon vodka (citrus rum works too).
Drink!

Absolute Citron
Lemon slice coated with sugar
Take shot and bite the lemon
Just the vodka version of a tequila shot with sugar instead of salt

Lemon Drop:
4 parts frozen vodka (2 oz.)
Sugar
Fresh Lemon Wedge
Pour vodka into shot Glass. Dampen the space between your thumb and forefinger and coat with sugar. Suck the sugar off your hand, drink the shot in one swallow, then bite and suck on the lemon. Repeat as necessary, however, like the breasts of a woman, one's not enough and three's too many!

1 cup Citrus vodka (yes I said 1 cup)
the juice from 1 squeezed lemon
1/4 cup sugar
shake in a drink mixer over ice. Pour into glass, add a straw, delicious.

I have no idea, but this guy got me one at a bar in Vegas and it made me more drunk than I already was! I had to rest my head on the bar counter, so I wouldn't fall over. Pretty soon the guy had to hold onto me, so I wouldn't fall down. I can see why he got me that drink...we ended up making out cause I was drunk...thank god it didn't go any further!!! HaHa!
