In the early stages, there may be no symptoms, in the second stage there will be tiredness, diarrhea, cough, fever and weight loss. In the second stage the white blood cells are being destroyed. In the third stage Severe Illness - By this time, the AIDS virus has nearly destroyed the body's immune system. The body has great difficulty fighting off germs. Also, patients can develop a rare type of cancer called Kaposi's sarcoma. AIDS doesn't kill anyone, but other infections and cancer do.

You have to be checked first to see if you are HIV positive. Even if you are, it sometimes takes years to go into full-blown Aids. You have know way of telling at all until you get tested. I hope this helps.

Go to an HIV/AIDS clinic and get tested, or go to your regular doctor to get tested.
If you have AIDS, you'd feel sick.
If you have HIV (the precursor to AIDS), you won't know, so refrain from having sex until you are tested.

You need to get a blood test or a new saliva test. Then get checked again in 3-6 months if this first test is negative as there is a window period in which it will not manifest so clearly in blood.
