There are many available now. You can buy over the counter fiber supplements in tablet form, powdered drink mixes, and liquid and powder that you can add to your food even. A diet rich in fiber filled foods is pretty easy to accomplish. Bran is an excellent source of fiber if you like it (bran muffins, Bran Flakes).

Check out your pharmacy or drug store. Plenty over the counter. Mostly in satchet to be mixed with water & drink.
But dont forget to drink plenty of water (8 glasses a day, not counting soda coffee tea juice) if you go on any fibre supplement.

I suggest getting more fiber in your diet by eating whole wheat breat and lots of fiber filled veggies, but if you want a supplement, Metamucil is one, but you can get the same effect or better from eating whole wheat bread and such.

There are a couple different fiber tablets you can take. There are also a few powders that you can mix with water to make a drink. I don't really know which is best, my husband usually tries the store brand. It seems to work just fine. (Wal Mart brand)
