THERE IS THIS GIRL WHOM LIVES IN AN A TRAILOR WITH OUT ELECTRICITY AND IT IS EMPTY WHAT CAN BE DONE THE GIRL HAS NO OTHER PLACE TO GO

How old is she? If she is of adult age it is her choice where she lives. If she is not then she needs help

Send her to a homeless shelter...... I mean she is pretty much homeless as it is.
