My symptoms:

-Bloated
-I feel full but I know I’m hungry…
-I have a pressure in my throat; it’s almost like a trapped burp. I can’t burp on command. I’m not burping I just feel like I could. Sometimes the pressure radiates down my chest/ sternum.
-Does not burn or hurt, its just discomfort and annoying.
-Sometimes not only am I feeling pressure in my throat but stomach and right under the stomach.
-I felt a tad nauseous time to time.
-Gas (as in the farting kind, ya I said it!) I haven’t eaten anything I think would give it to me. I only fart in the morning or late at night!
-It comes and goes threw the day, although the lump in my throat seems to be consistent.
-I’ve been feeling this way for 2 days.

I’ve never had heartburn or indigestion or Acid reflux so I have no idea if that’s what I have since I have no “burning”. Thank you

I know ya'll can't really diagnose me, I just wanted to know if it sounded like heartburn since i've never had it and I don't have the "burning sensation". If it doesn't go away in a day or so I'll call my doctor.

Thanks all :)

I had exactly same symptoms minus the nausea... I thought I had gallbladder stones so had an ultrasound just to be sure. Turned out it was just dyspepsia.

Doc prescribed Motilium (I'm not sure if it is available at your place, but the generic name is DOMPERIDONE). No caffeine (coffee, tea, soda) for the meantime.

I have a hiatal hernia, an inflated portion of the esophagus above the stomach. The pyloric valve at the top of the stomach doesn't work too well, and food can back up from the stomach, and at one time, I actually had to have the stomach pushed back down with a special tool, because it had risen up into my chest above the diaphragm. It is not something to overlook, and as many have told you before me, it is time you saw a gastroenterologist. The first part of diagnosing may be a barium test, where you drink a chalky fluid and then have x-rays. You may end up with an ultrasound, as those are a little less offensive, and show better what is where. But the most clarity will be with an MRI, but I find those extremely confining and noisy. Discuss the options, as well as the costs, and the doctor will help you decide which would be best. In the meantime, stay away from red meats, they take too long to digest, and can rancify before they get broken down properly. Drink protein smoothies for a couple of days. It will help calm things down a bit.

I'M REALLY NOT SURE WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM. BUT RIGHT NOW I WOULD START ON ALOE VERA. ALOE VERA IS GREAT ON THE THROAT AND STOMACH AND WILL HELP ON THE NAUSEUS FEELING YOU HAVE. IF IT GOES ON FOR 4 DAYS OR MORE THEN FIND OUT WHAT IS WRONG AT THE DOCTOR. THEN WE CAN PIN POINT THE CAUSE AND GO AFTER IT WITH NATURAL PRODUCTS.

It does sound like the possibility of GERD (gastroesophageal reflux) which is heartburn or gastritis which is indigestion. You do not have to necessarily feel this "burning" since the discomfort will be very subjective.

Acid reflux~ you need to see you Physician and be placed on medication to calm down that acid. you could take over the counter meds too. but I think you should be seen to see how advanced it is. I have this and I thought I was having a heart attack. It actually took my breath away

There is no way to diagnose this on line, but my best guess is hiatal hernia. Obviously you have to go to an MD and get scoped. Hope you feel better soon.

Don't rely on us to give you an exam and diagnosis, you need to see a doctor for proper medical attention.
