1. what denomination or type of church you go to, and activities you participate in
Baptist. I attend Sunday School, Sunday worship service, and Wednesday night prayer and Bible study.
2. do you believe in water baptism, fully immersed?
I believe that only Christians should be baptized (full immersion) in the name of the Father and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. I do not believe that you have to be baptized in order to be saved. Rather, I believe that it symbolizes the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Additionally, it represents your death to sin and your rising to new life in Christ.
Heaven help you if you are a member of the International Church of Christ! It is a cult as a previous answerer said. Years ago, I had a discussion with an International Church of Christ pastor who stated that Billy Graham was not a Christian because he did not believe that baptism was a requirement for salvation. I was bewildered, to say the least!
I believe that baptism is the initiatory act that a Christian must obey in order to be identified with the Christian Church.
3. do you read and study the bible? is it for church or for your own studying?
I attempt to read and study the Bible daily in order to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. I read the Bible at home and at the church. I have read the Bible from the table of contents to the maps; however, I will admit that recently my reading and study of the Bible has been somewhat sporadic.

1) I am a member of the Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. We have religious meetings at a "Kingdom Hall" three times during the week, two weeknights, and one on Sunday.
Sunday is the Public Talk, which is a speech given on a certain topic, then the Watchtower Study, a Q&A discussion of an article from the magazine.
One night is the Book Study, a Q&A from a part of a bible based publication, each taking about a year to finish
The other night is the Theocratic Ministry school, where students practice giving talks and speaking in the ministry, and the Service Meeting, which is announcements for the congregation followed by talks about the minisrty.
Of course, we have the activity that we are most known for, the field ministry, in which we go out and try to teach what the Bible tells us, much of this done by free Bible study aids such as the Watchtower, Awake, and various books (Our publications are NEVER sold, and the whole organization works on voluntary contributions, which are put in boxes in the kingdom hall.)
2) Yes. The Bible shows precedent for full water immersion, and that the person should have knowledge before taking the step. People are baptized as a symbol of their dying to their old way of life and ressurrecting to the Christian way, as well as their dedication to God, and are baptized whenever they feel they are ready.
3) I unfortunately am a little delinquent in my Bible reading, which I hope to correct, but there is a basic schedule. Every week, a talk is given during one of the meetings covering the chapters that were assigned during the week, and the speaker speaks about what points he enjoyed, then opening up for everyone in the congregation to say what points they enjoyed. Everyone, though, is encouraged to have their own study, whether reading straight from the Bible or through a Bible based publication.

1. What denomination or type of church you go to, and what activities you participate in? I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, commonly know as the Mormon Church. We meet each Sunday for about three hours. One for Young Womens, one for Sunday school and then there's another for the partaking of the Sacrament. We have mutual every Wednesday where we meet together as a youth and have both spiritual and just fun activities. We also have Girl's Camp, Scout Camp (for the boys), Youth Conference (boys and girls of the ward) and EFY (which is were you can meet people from all over the world at a sort of spiritual camp and strengthen your testimony, WAY fun). We also have a seminary program that can be a class in school.
2. Do you believe in water baptism, fully immersed? Yes, we are dunked entirely underwater. We believe in baptism by immersion, which happens when you are eight years old so you can make the decision to be or not be baptised yourself, and you are washed of all your sins.
3. Do you read and study the Bible? Is it for church or for your own studying? We study both the Bible and the Book of Mormon, Doctrine and Covenants, and Pearl of Great Price. I read at church, seminary and personally, so both! I also read inspiration books from different leaders of the Church, and monthly Church magazines, which are great uplifters.

I am a Jehovah's Witness and I attend a Kingdom Hall that is 15 minutes away from my house 3 times a week. I conduct a couple of Bible Studies weekly and spend several hours attempting to locate sheep-like ones who are unhappy with the way life is right now.
I believe in full immersion baptism only after one truly understands who God and Jesus are and what the holy spirit is and what God's purpose is and why he has allowed wickedness, etc. I believe that a person should not enter into this contract with God to do his will without understanding what God's will really is.
I love reading the Bible on my own and try to read a little and meditate on it every day. We also study it together several different ways in the course of a week. We always look up scriptures with the elders that give our talks. This allows us to see for ourselves the context of the surrounding scripture and take notes for future reference if we so desire.

non-denomitaion, my children participate in activities and trips, I go to some activities the church might have.
2. We do full immersion baptism in our church. As for believing in it, I am not sure what you mean. Do I believe this is appropriate? Yes.
3.I do better studying books that have Bible scripture in it. Todays lives and real stories help me better along with scriptures. The Daily Bread is a small bookelt that has a short story every day and applies scripture to the story.
