We broke up 2 weeks ago and I miss him. We've sorta been thru this before and I really want to hook up w/ him again! He's moving away in a month or two so what would it hurt. How do I approach the subject of just wanting to "hook up"?

This means that since his broke up with his girlfriend he's looking for someone to have sex with since he is not with her anymore. I wouldn't do it. Don't allow yourself like the song says, don't be a fallback crutch. If that is all he wanted I would consider that a slap in the face. Even though you two have remained friends I wouldn't let him use me like that.

it would hurt a lot. 2 weeks is still the adjustment period. u have to get used to not being with eachother. then also if u do it'll make the fact that he is moving even worse. I'd say no for ur emotional health.

Depends on who did the break up, and how bad it was. If he broke up with you, two weeks is far to soon to propose such a thing, if you broke up with him, he might be still willing to get back with you.
If it was mutral, just bring it up, talk to him about it, discuss how you feel about him. Don't be pushy on the subject, and most importantly, never guilt trip him. ever.
