No it was Indianapolis Indiana that happen at. Methodist hospital Its so sad that people who are susposed to be protecting you. Can't take the time to stop and read what they are giving you, Who cares what the package looks like, READ IT !

I don't know, but I read that story and it's a shame, that you put your childs life in the hands of professionals and they come up dead, over something so senseless, that could have been prevented. Somebody wasn't paying attention or they simply didn't care, regardless, they should have known the difference between an adult and a baby, as far as the dosage of medication. I just hope they didn't suffer.

I don't know but I hope the get the crap sued out of them it seems it it was done on purpose and not by mist but ake my heart goes out to the families. there babies are in heaven.
