No!! He was always running from Sylvester the cat! Teamed up with his cousin Slowpoke Rodriguez. Speedy's only vise was pretty girls, and the other mice would team up to try and prevent Speedy from getting all the pretty girlsssssssss.
He was the fastest Mouse in all of Mexico!! So he didn't have to run across the boarder!
Frog Horn Leg Horn is the big rooster, and he was always tormenting the dog. Frog-Horn's tormentor was Henry Hawk. Henry was the little chicken hawk trying to get himself a "Big Chicken" and Henry being a little chicken hawk didn't really know what a chicken looked like, so Frog-Horn would set up the dog so Henry's attempts caused the "Barnyard Dawg" torment!

Pepe le Puew is a smelly french men (i know i badly misspelled his name).
