I know Hummers for civilians came out in 1992 but not sure what year they released the Hummer limo.

Those are custom modifications, not official Hummer products. The first probably showed up in 1993.

Limos are not made by the company who builds the car. Limos are purchased as regular cars, sawed in half, and the new stretched section is added in the middle.
The first Hummer limos were probably made in Hummer's first year.

the hummer limo isnt produced by GM themselves..someone (a limo company) buys a regular hummer like we do..and takes it to a shop and has it chopped and turned into a Limo.and thats very expensive btw :P
