See, an uncle of mine is the masterminding two of our aunties, to go against us for hereditary reasons. We felt he wants to grabs our grandpa's fortune who is now RIP. Any sugestions anyone?

Get an attorney who specializes in wills/probate issues.

If your grandpa is dead, then his will will decide who gets what, not your uncle. If there was no will, the state law will prevail over the estate and usually the estate has to be split according to state law. Again, your uncle doesn't get to make that decision.

Definitely consult an attorney in your state - or the state where the estate is located and at least get a consultation.
