I like a shy guy and want something to happen between us (like dating) but I NEVER made the 1st move and don't want to, so should i just wait and see if he does anything?
P.S. He's kinda actn like he may be interested (wouldnt really pursue this if i didnt think he cared lol)

You can do two things...you can wait around for this shy guy to build up enough confidence to ask you out, or you can make the first move. Why can't you make the first move and help things along? The worst that could happen if you ask the guy out is he'll say "No" and you'll have gained and lost nothing. This is what you get for being into a really shy guy.

He loves you most so he don't want to make the 1st move before marriage. Wait for his proposal.

If you are unwilling to make the first move don't be upset if you miss your chance with him.

if he is shy, he probably hasnt had much of this kind of experience, so you make the first move and show him how its done :)
