HA, sounds like a real winner there, creative differences is something you claim when you're working with someone and can't agree on a project and pretty much fight about it because you have different ideas, not something you say when you're dating! It kind of makes sense, but it's completely in the wrong context. He was probably "trying" to seem smart.

"Creative Differences" means "we don't see things the same way and won't build anything other than a history of fighting together."

He was saying good bye through borrowing a term from the art world about collaboration that doesn't work.

He didn't know what he was saying. Creative differences is something people have when they are working on some type of arts or media project.

He was being facetious. He probably heard that on tv somewhere. It might mean he didn't think you had enough in common or that you didn't put out enough, or you did and he was just bored with you.

At any rate, he's a jackass.

No respect at all.
