I had a red bull this morning and then another one at about 7 in the evening. I'm feeling a little anxious now and worried I will have trouble getting to sleep tonight. I have to get up early too. Would it be safe to take a sleeping pill or would that have some kind of bad reaction mixed with the red bull?

Don't ever take the sleeping pills route!!

1. They will damage your liver big time and you can get into serious health problems.

2. You will get hooked up on them and you won't be able to have a normal life any more if you don't take your pills everyday.

The sleeping pills industry is damaging our health by capitalizing on our ignorance, and by distracting people from effective and natural ways to deal with this problem. I had been taking prescription sleep medications [Ambien] for over 5 years. It stopped working and I simply took more. Still did not work. Nights were very difficult - medication put me to sleep but I would wake up after 2–3 hours with a strong sympathetic response (fast pulse, pounding heartbeat, wide awake alert). It was a very difficult cycle to break. I was really in bad shape due to lack of sleep.

After years of struggling I was able to cure my insomnia naturally and pretty fast. I followed the Sleep Tracks sleep optimization program, here is their official web -site if you want to take a look: http://www.insomniacure.net

Ohhh..and Good Luck!

I have taken a sleeping pill after consuming caffeine (coffee is my thing) in the evening and I've always been fine. Take the pill ASAP as you need at least 8 hours for the effects to wear off. Use extreme caution with sleeping pills, as they can be addictive. Remember, It is far more dangerous to take the sleeping pill with prescription medication or alcohol.

If you dont want to have a problem with sleeping, dont drink red bull after six p.m.

go ahead, take the pill IF red bull is what i think it is. a sugary caffinated drink..

if it's alcohol, which im pretty sure it isnt.. dont take the pill.

I wouldn't try it but I don't know if it would do any harm. Just quit screwing with your body like that, man, and get some sleep. Sleep is sweet!

No, it would not because of the possible chemical reactions. Besides, being hyper and wide awake is fun!

I'm pretty sure. Just don't operate heavy machinery or drive until you know how they're affect you, and never, EVER take it with alchohol...but you knew that, right?
