well, Im a Catholic, and in our community we hug the Priests, and give a kiss in the cheek to nuns. The rest of the people just give a kiss in the cheek. I'm from Nicaragua, maybe it's different in other places of the world

as an atheist, i greet people by saying hello, or shaking their hands. I see what your saying though. People with religions have unique introductions.

We bow with the palms of our hands pressed together. If you recognize a deep spiritual understanding in that person you also say "Namaste", which is hindi for "reverential salutation to you". This is a great compliment.

Yes.. As a Pagan... we say Merry Meet to say hello and either Blessings or Merry Part or Bightest Blessings to say good bye.
