Putting aside south park, the answer is yes. I am a 'ginger' just as you described. (I do get a wicked tan in the summer though.)

Well, artichokes have hearts, so i guess anything is possible. But seriously, I live in Australia, so I haven't seen that episode yet. However I would recommend all gingers dye their pubes black. Ginger pubes freak me out.
