I don't love OJ Simpson.
I don't love my annoying neighbor.

No. You can try really hard, but some people are impossible to love. It's all about personalities. You may not love them, but try not to hate them either.

Show kindness to everyone, treat people well?

It is not that you can't but it is that you won't. Love is not just an emotion. It is a choice.
