Confidence. As long as you carry yourself well a lady will notice. Every female is drawn to confidence, it doesn't matter what you're wearing, how you talk, or whatever, If you're confident and carry yourself in such a way she'll notice and want to get closer to you.

first thing i look at are eyes and teeth...nice teeth are a MUST I also need to like how he dresses, you know he doesn't have to wear suits and stuff just not dress like a bum...o yea and smelling nice is verrrry good

honestly, the first thing i look at is the guy's eyes. after that, i try and analyze him by what he's wearing, what he says and how he says it, and the general way he acts around me.
