Whar are you going to be using the vehicle for? Are you going to be carrying things in the bed of the truck, or are you mainly just using a vehicle for transportation? How many people are you going to have in the vehicle?

The type of use that you are planning will determine the type of vehicle you should buy.

If you are looking for good gas mileage and 4 wheel drive, look at a Subaru wagon. It may fit your needs

Good luck

CONSUMER REPORTS says to avoid used Blazers. They recommend Honda CRV, Toyota Highlander, Toyota Land Cruiser, Toyota Sequoia.

They also say to avoid Jeep Grand Cherokees ('98-'03, '05) and Honda Passports ('99-'02)

I'd suggest going to the library and checking the April '06 issue of CONSUMER REPORTS. They'll give you the lowdown on most used cars.

The people I know who have Toyota trucks are all really happy with them.

Good luck!

suv is gas guzzler. blazers are nice but the up keep $$$ jeep is high maintence bronco. like all vehicles what are able or willing to endure financially $$$. i personally like blazers.

but remember all large vehicles have pros and cons. oil and gas and up keep. do your research first before you buy.

Every truck you mention gets poor fuel mileage . 13 to 17 year old trucks will also be maintenance pigs. Set your sights higher and get a new truck. You know you are the only one has driven. Besides when you drive in front of the store windows looking at your self you will say I look great in my new xxxx truck. Nissan Toyota have new really powerful fuel efficient trucks. That won't break down right after you get them. Warranty!!!
