Tae Kwon Do in it's beginnings was a very effective martial art as it was founded by a korean soldier for use in combat situations. Since then it has evolved more into a sport with many rules like no punching of the face, kicking below the belt etc.
Jeet kune Do has its bases in Wing Chun Kungfu as Bruce Lee's master was a Wing Chun exponent. It has many moves and techniques.
Muay Thai is one of the few martial arts that has not changed much from it's roots. It was a martial art of the ancient Thai army.
One difference now that I can think of is headbutts are no longer allowed. It's techniques are simple but very effective.
My advice is to go with Muay Thai. It teaches one how to use the fists, feet, shins, knees, elbows (the science of the eight limbs).
It puts you in real full contact situations with opportunities to attack any part of your opponent but the privates. In other words it is less constrained and emphasizes tactics and toughness over flowery technique.
As a student of martial arts I would say no one martial art covers all the bases. Muay Thai is a good starting point for learning striking techniques and getting to know the weak points on a human body (perhaps by getting hit yourself). However grappling techniques are also important in the situation when one gets taken to the mat. In this case I would advise Jujitsu.

Muay Thai. TKD is flashy and is CRAP self defense. Tell how you are gunna kick someone whos got you in the clinch? As for JKD, its also flashy, and has no application once someone clinches. Muay Thai teaches you how to use basic powerful kicks to DEVASTATE your opponent. Plus when a Muay Thai fighter clinches hes throwing knees and elbows. TKD and JKD teach bullshit about philosophy, which is all trash.
TKD JKD all flashy martial arts only effective when rules are in place. Muay Thai is a sick style teaching you to fight when there are no rules.

I'd try Judo (takedown//holds//thrusts//defenses), Krav Maga (more reality based 360 fighting + objects), or Capoeira (fun dance fighting//physical benefits are crazy) or just a hand to hand combat certification ... tbh i might try and pick a actual Art completely different then the styles you have done... shaolin kung fu, wing chun, or chi gong location may be a factor

Visit the schools in the area and take some free classes (most instructors will offer this). Choose the one you like the best.

You should train in the one that has a quality facility near you.
If several schools in your area fit this description observe several class and go with your gut feeling.
Remember, the quality and frequency of training far outweigh the style of training.
