Try heating your chocolate up just a wee bit more and when applying the first layer use a squeeze bottle with a larger hole on top so the layer goes down even without air bubbles. The "tip" on the bottle allows you to get into more detailed spaces without mishap. After you get all the chocolate into the mold, tap it gently a few time to get whatever air is inside, out. If you are using a vibrator on your chocolate then the mold must be very large. In that case I would suggest you either try a hollow casting- put chocolate in, let sit for a few minutes, then dump excess chocolate out, or warming the mold. This would work better with silicone rather than plastic molds but you still have to work fast......might even try warming the vibrator. The cooler the chocolate the higher the viscosity, so fast is important. And I'd still tap the mold several times to make sure the air comes to the top. Best of luck!!

I just take the pan and drop it an inch or so. I do this for a few minutes until I see all the bubble have risen.
