Problems with DVD Shrink?

Is anyone else having problems making back ups of movies with DVD Shrink. It does everything it should until it's time to burn with Nero, then shuts itself down.

I stop using it...try Slysoft anydvd and clonedvd2 they have a 21 day trial. Anydvd works just like dvd shrink and clonedvd2 does the writing I burned protected dvds that dvd shrink couldn't encrypt.
