Do you have ducts that deliver your a/c and heat? There may be mold spores or other junk in the ducts. You may want to get them cleaned. Are the carpets in need of a cleaning?
Carpet cleaning services often clean ductwork too.

You may also want to purchase a Air Purifier or install a high quality filter for your furnace that will trap many of the New Home Contaminants that your home is releasing. The Dehumidifier is great in making sure that mold doesn't have a place to grow, but you are also dealing with think like glue vapor & dust from insulation and carpeting.
If buying a Air Cleaner is beyond your budget (home buying is expensive), buy plants. They're great as natural air cleaners and never have to be cleaned or fixed.
Last thing also is make sure that you have a good carbon dioxide detector. With all the new connections in your home, this may be the most important.
I was able to find many ideas on the web site that is listed on my source.
Here's to good health in your new home

allergy may cause by many reasons. in my opinion, your allergy maybe cause by your partially finished basement. maybe you thought that you are not going down to the basement, and sure you wont suffer any allergy, however, the air flow might bring the germs or things that cause allergy to you.
my brother also have been suffer allergy for months. Medicine cant cure allergy, just help you to control the itchyness and the red spot. you have to find out what cause your allergy. tinny things such as new shampoo, new soap, new fabric softener, even paints from wall or furniture may cause an allergy.
air humidifier might help you to clean the air, but not all as the air humidifier's function was limited.
i suggest u can move out from your house untill all the renovation finished. if you cant make it, maybe you can drink lots of water, as water helps to clean ours body. finally, maybe you can sometimes change your soap, or shampoo. dont use antibacterial soap such as dettol as too clean skin might also cause easy allergy problems.
hope this can help you.

You may have a latex allergy; the smell of the new paint on the walls could be bothering you if your house is brand spanking new.
Also, with the new construction, you may have a lot of dust in your ducts; consider hiring a company to inspect them and, if needed, to clean them all out. Do you notice your house gets dusty quickly? Your ducts could be the source of your problem.
Also, try some allergy relieving filters for your furnace, that might help too. Hope you figure it out. Allergies stink.

I really do not know but could be that there is asbestos in the insulation of the house or sometimes the spray the insulation in with a mixture of formaldehyde. This could also be causing your problem. When we first got our house, I was the same way and finally the new wore off the house and with the help of candles and air fresheners I overcame the problem.
