Tea is a natural herb. It does have many good vitamins in it such as antioxidants but you should not replace water with it as it also containsthe same amount of caffein as a cup of coffee and can dehydrate you. you should drink one glass of water to every cup of tea. I have learnt this from past experiences of dehydration.

Don't stop drinking water, but Time magazine just had an article on the benefits of Green Tea. It apparently can help you're overall health. You gotta have a quality tea though. I wouldn't trust Nestea or Lipton. Check out Asian markets or health stores.

eco-friendly tea has extra wellness reward than water, yet a million or 2 cups an afternoon are adequate. although, it extremely isn't any longer likely that eco-friendly tea will help you lose abdomen fats, despite if it may desire to help you to drop some pounds. the only component that truly helps to tighten and lose abdomen fats is workout like crunches or take a seat ups.
