yes i think u can i love my boyfriend for two years now and seems to me when we apart the feelings of love i have for him grow stronger and stronger. at times it does hurt esp. when you are not sure if their ok or not

I never understood that, but I suppose if you are afraid of getting hurt then it could hurt to think about it, but other than that, I'm not really sure...

Although, the phrase itself I think comes from if you love them, and they don't love you back, or if you love them, and they're gone, or died, or something like that.

yes. i love my husband so much it hurt me. it's like when he's gone with his friends then i want him to be with me .i don't want nobody to have his attention but me.
