i am fifteen, and have wanted to be in the USMC and Annapolis Naval Academy since i was about 7 years old.

As observed it not a question of being academically bright! U have to know someone / have a patron. Hence the reason not many bright, intelligent, self motivated officers are to be found in the US Navy. When its opened to all / i.e. a series of entrance exams, inherent academic brightness, physical fitness etc instigated and monitored without interference by the brass and politicians then all those bright young boys and girls from lessor families can avail of it and bring only credit on themselves first and then the US Military

You must be nominated by a member of Congress, the President of the United States, the Secretary of Defense or have a parent who won the Medal of Honor. You must be able to run 1.5 miles in 10 minutes, do 40 pushups in 2 minutes and 65 sit ups in 2 minutes.

Members of Congress are usually the best bet, which means you need to show that you are academically bright, physically fit, of good moral character and already act as a leader.

Well, you have to have good grades, and know someone important who will write you a letter of recommendation, like a Congressman or an admiral or something.
