The same way it has always been done. Use the biblical principle of "Law to the proud, and Grace to the humble." And Preach the gospel faithfully, and never be ashamed for doing it. 2 Timothy 1:8 "Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord or of me his prisoner, but join with me in suffering for the gospel according to the power of God."

the world has always been pretty violent and the goodness of god professed along side of it. the issue seems to be how can people confess with their mouth the goodness of god, and speak the opposite louder with their actions. this is not however in anyway to suggest that problems of this world have been or are being caused only because of religion, but if every person that claims to be a god fearing person stopped contributing to violent acts, there would probably be alot less. meaning many need to over ride their other motivations that drive them to commit the acts.

Do not confess God's goodness with your mouth; you will always be treated with hostility. Rather, confess God's goodness by the way you treat people. Treat people with compassion and love and openness. That's the God Jesus revealed; that's how God's goodness is to be confessed.

Easy - don't preach, don't teach, don't think you need to give anyone anything. Just be ordinary and don't see for an ego need to be religious or spiritual or christian or buddhist or muslim or anything. Just be ordinary and love others. The rest will take care of itself.
