well i have been i kong-fu 10 years i'm a black belt 4 dan, well in tkd we don't too much flying kicks, do you think gymnastic help's do do does kicks like amazing flips???

oh of course! gymnastics will definitely help you do flips and it will also help you alot with balance and focus...

It helps if you are doing things for show. Kicks using gymnastics are usually not very effective in a real fight. I took gymnastics for a while when I was early in my TKD stuff.

while the added study of gymnastics will help to improve balance and strengthen your body and your flexibility, it won't likely help you to improve a kicking technique by adding a flip.

Flashy moves are not what will protect you in a fight, only the basics are needed, complicated or flashy will only work against you, especialy if your opponent happens to have some Martial Arts skill himself, which he'll use to his advantage if you start trying a flashy kick or complicated grappalling technique.

yeah, gymnastics will help with 'tricking' do a search on youtube.com for tricking and you'll see what I mean.
