You can't ban the fundamentalists, because that violates some sort of freedom of expression. But that's what I'd do. Anyone who is intolerant or bigoted or believes their belief is the only possible true one would be out!
Then those who are open to God could engage in true dialogue. Followers of Jesus and disciples of Mohammad could dialogue honestly and openly about how to truly work for peace, without the hatred of the fundamentalists.
All could come to the dialogue without fear of being insulted, converted, or having to be defensive about their faith.
It could work.

There's already plenty of diversity of religious viewpoints. I've seen posts from people of every faith and non-faith there is here. There is also a lot of conflict. If you're looking for harmony, that isn't going to happen.

Atheism and agnosticism are not religious viewpoints (or so they say). So the project is shot from the get-go.

Use humour!
People in this section (regardless of their faith) are often very nice but rather opinioinated and slightly aggressive at times...I'm a christian, but I participate for the humour in this section, really.
I miss the What Should I do? Retard...

Very little. Secular and religious fundamentalists are too rigid and too tied into their thought systems to allow any other opinion.

Encourage each person to teach (not preach) his own beliefs and learn from others about their own beliefs. We tend to "step on toes" when we state as fact what we believe about others' religions. If you are Christian, I will listen to what you have to say about Christianity, but please don't teach me about Judaism or Islam. Same for Jews, Muslims, etc.
