I need a buddhist teacher or guru. A real buddhist teacher should have no problem teaching me one on one. I don't mind going to the teacher's house as long as it's in Truckee, Ca USA.

You're projecting and forming ego conditions that will not serve you well in terms of practice. Instead, look for a local zendo, get into some group practice, and then ask around for a teacher. Before doing so, research the lineage.

You mean a teacher, a guru is hindu/jain. Look for your local zendo, temple, or monastary and ask there, they will probably be happy to help you.
