You betcha!

This is MY OWN RECIPE!

Wise Bonzai's Special Pork Chops

1 tablespoon of Seasoned Salt
2 C flour
1 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 C olive oil (only use olive oil. It is the best for you)
2 eggs, cracked and whipped, just like you'd do for scrambled eggs

Place eggs in a shallow bowl and mix flour and seasonings together. Put oil in a pan and set to medium, and then take the pork chops and dip each side in the eggs, and then pat with flour, to create a floured outside. Then, cook on medium heat till cooked. Turn only once per side, so batter is crunchy.

Another home recipe:

Wise Bonzai's Stuffed Pork Chops

1 can of spinach
1/2 C parmesian cheese
2 Tbl parsley
1tea pepper, ground
Boneless Pork chops
1 C cottage cheese
Toothpicks
Aluminum foil squares, about 1'x1' each

Mix cottage cheese and spinach (drained really good so it's compacted), and parsley, pepper and parmesian into a bowl. Take a pork chop and place several teaspoons of the mix into the center of the pork chop and then roll the chop over the mixture and fasten a toothpick so it can't unroll. Place onto an aluminum foil square and then pinch the sides together, and seal so it can not escape when cooking, and drips will not fall out. You want the juices to remain inside. Do this with all the chops, until the mix is gone and then heat on a baking dish for 45 minutes, at about 400 degrees, or till done.

Serve both dishes hot, with applesauce and mashed potatos.

This one is super simple and so yummy!

Crush a package of graham crackers and put on a plate or shallow dish. Press each side of the pork chop in the crackers to coat. No milk or egg needed. Bake on a wire rack with a cookie sheet underneath at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 min. depending on thickness of meat.

Place the pork chops in a zip lock bag with chopped garlic, olive oil and rosemary. Refrigerate until time to cook. Saute on a medium high temperature and serve.

Best with thin chops.

Here is something I like to fix...

Boneless Pork Chops (I get the Tyson brand from Walmart)

Soak them in Zesty Italian Salad Dressing (I use Kraft) for 30 minutes to one hour.

Then do either of the following to fix them:

Cook them on a George Foreman Grill

or

Prepare them on a stovetop with an oiled skillet.

They go great if cut up and mixed with rice and veggies of your choice.

Yes, and this is very simple and delicious.

Using bone-in pork chops (2-3 lbs), preferably thick cut, brown the meat on both sides in a skillet over medium low heat until golden brown. While browing the meat, turn your crock pot on high and add 1/2 cup water. When the meat is browned and your crock pot is hot enough to heat the water then add the browned pork chops and cover with (2) 14-oz cans of stewed tomatoes and (1) 14-oz can of diced tomatoes. Slice a small white onion into 1/8" thick slices and add to crock pot. Cover and turn crock pot to low and let simmer for 4-6 hours. Add spices as desired aprroximately 1-1/2 hours prior to completed cooking time. The meat will literally fall of the bones so you may want to pull them out prior to serving. Serve over steamed white rice.
