Have a light snack. Keep in mind that you will still feel hungry until 30 minutes after you eat, so eat something small then wait 30 minutes to see if you are still hungry.

non fat plain yougart and add a cut up banana to it...maybe a little granola or walnut pieces on top...good protein and complex carbs...and good for you
Recently took up hiking and after a 4 hour hike I came home and wanted to eat everything!. Just make sure that what you do eat are valuable calories and not just empty ones..

Yes. Did you want specifics as to what you should eat now? How about you drink 24 ounces of water and have a banana and a peach.

I'd do something that's mostly protein, but not a lot, just something to take the edge off til breakfast. It's too late for anything with carbs, they'd just store.
