Good Luck, I have studied Immigration Law in depth, and still do not know the exact answer to your question. If your live any where near a valid US POE, you can always go to their offices and ask them. You will have better luck with them in person, rather that over the phone or Internet.

It is certainly possible if your employer is willing to sponsor you, and if there is a number available.
