Exercise every other day, giving your muscles a chance to grow. They grow during the rest cycle, not the working cycle.
It is important to check your diet, make sure you are eating an adequate number of calories. If you are trying to build muscle and lose fat at the same time, there is a calorie threshold that you must be careful of. If you are female, 1300 calories per day to start. If you're male, 1500 calories per day.
Drink lots of water (start with 1/2 to 1 gallon per day).
The next most important thing is to make sure you're getting adequate sleep. Eight to nine hours per night.
Check these three things, and you'll feel brand new the next day.

You should start slowly if you are new to exercise. Speak to a certified personal trainer. Any reputable one will give you a free consultation and explain the basics to you. In the meantime you could try an anti-inflammatory and a soak in a warm bath with epson salts. Good luck!

Jump back in there and exercise some more!!!! Your body is saying it likes what your'e doing...so give it more. Only time you need to worry is if you pull a muscle or break a bone. Exercise is good for you....

make sure you are not overdoing it, get 2-3 days rest between muscle groups, stretch before and afterwards but continue with the regiment.

Take a hot shower to relax your muscles. Cherry juice also relieves muscle strain.
